In future, projects on the buyer side as well as complex financing structures for company takeovers and succession solutions will be implemented jointly. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new partner has proven experience in buy-side transactions, in matching investors and strategic buyers and in handling medium-sized takeovers.
