CONFIDEX GmbH has been entrusted with another mandate in the hospitality and location development segment. The focus is on the financing and capital structuring of an innovative gastronomy and leisure concept at a highly frequented Swiss location – a project that intelligently combines quality of experience, digital services and economic sustainability.
The project aims to create an attractive meeting place with a clear location logic and thus provide a sustainable impetus for regional development.
CONFIDEX is responsible for this:
- the overall structuring of financing,
- the involvement of institutional and private capital partners,
- the planning and implementation of the investor process
- as well as financial and technical support through to realization.
