CONFIDEX GmbH is continuing its growth in the DACH region and has won several new mandates in Switzerland. The new projects include a surgical competence center on Lake Zurich, a developer of outdoor products in Switzerland and a real estate developer for modular living concepts.
With these mandates, CONFIDEX is strengthening its presence in the Swiss market and underpinning its role as a cross-border partner for medium-sized companies in the areas of corporate finance, leasing and investor brokerage.
